At Mobi USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion find isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
